Note: When you purchased your membership the billing company and our system emailed you a receipt which contains your login information and which billing company were used for the purchase.
Login Problems:
If you just purchased a membership and cannot enter the members area, then please stop trying to login and wait about 15 minutes, then try again. Sometimes it takes longer than normal for transactions to post into our system. If you continue to have login problems then please contact support directly. We can access the login records for your username and quickly identify what the problem is.
CHARGE BACKS AND FRAUD FROM OUR MEMBERS
A billing chargeback will place your name, address, zip code, and credit card number into an Internet fraud database. ALL INTERNET CREDIT CARD COMPANIES USE THIS DATABASE. We DO NOT have any control over this fraud database.
If you chargeback your membership, the billing company WILL add your information to the ban database. If you get into this database you will not be able to use that billing company again. It is impossible to get off the ban lists.
